exact estimates for what we do are difficult at best; each project is unique. in order for us to give the most accurate estimate, we determine what your needs are based on the details you give us, so please be ready to provide as much information as possible about your project.

contact us and we'll meet with you to determine which solutions best suit your needs. one thing we will do in that meeting is save you money by assessing your current associated costs and suggesting quality alternatives. feel free to contact any of our clients and ask how we saved and continue to save them money.

however, we can provide some guidelines before you contact us:

web design*
when you're contracting someone to build a website for you, there are three main types of expense to consider:

  1. web design
    we bill only for web design. that includes custom design/development, programming/scripting, graphic design, initial seo, and all associated consultation and tasks.
  2. web hosting
    we do not host. the costs and maintenance translate into overinflated costs to you. we suggest and set up industry-recognized, dependable, quality hosts to fit your site's unique needs and your budget. you are billed for hosting separately, but we set you up for free. if you're currently paying more that $5 a month for your site, contact us immediately.
  3. domain
    do you have a domain name? do you need one? we set it up and even create your email boxes, all for free. you are billed for your domain separately. if you're currently renewing your domain for more than $10 a year, contact us immediately.

seo (search engine optimization)
search engine placement can not be guaranteed, period. if anyone ever claims they can, run the other way... quickly! contact us to discuss what we can do for your site to increase its chances of being found.

eBay brokering*
fee structure includes:

  • 7-day listing on eBay
  • gallery photo supplementary site on all listings
  • video "tour" option, if applicable to item(s)

the fees are calculated from the item's final selling price:
30% of the first $200
25% of the next $300
20% of the remaining (or items over $500)

the above fees DO NOT include the eBay listing fees, PayPal payment processing fees (if used), and DO NOT include shipping, packaging and insurance fees (paid for by the buyer). sales tax may be charged where applicable.

*due to the nature of online auctions, we broker no items with opening bids or reserve prices. please contact us for clarification.
training
$50/hr - travel expenses may be required, depending on your location.
print, audio/video
as each project is unique, contact us to discuss yours.
ala carte
services such as updates, small projects, other I.T. consultation, etc. - $50/hr.
onsite I.T. consultation/services
 travel expenses may be required, depending on your location.
