"What do you see?" - Rachael

What do you see when you look into the rippling reflection?

A common case of disaster or a glimpse of perfection?

Thoughts may vary on ones image from ugly to great,

But whatever our gracious God gave us I’m sure it’s fate.

Every single person endures an unique reaction to what they see

But it’s most likely, always meant to be.

Watery reflections of color differentiates

From yellow, red, white, and black.

And it’s hard to obtain satisfaction from what’s looking back.

As my image reflects upon the glossy surface

I see someone with the heart and determination and a person with a purpose.

It gets darker at night and brighter during the day

And at either time my reflections always look the same way.

As my reflection smiles back I feel real happy

Instead of frowning at me making me feel fake and crappy.

I look to the lonely left,

I peer to the revealing right,

I’m in high spirits now, and now I take flight.
