NEWS (last updated 05.02.07 ):

• CONGRATULATIONS  to the seniors! The April 20 juried Senior Project presentations were an overwhelming success. The average score was 89%. We're now wrapping up by creating web-based Portfolios which will be burned to CD-ROM for real-world use.

• English 11, having just wrapped up their Creative Writing 101 unit, has begun John Knowles' A Separate Peace. They will choose between an essay exam or an MLA research paper as an assessment.

• English 10 has begun Public Speaking. They' just finished their third speech, the Persuasive Speech, and are now gearing up for Debate!

• Spanish I had their Spanish Dinner last semester and is now working on their side project: ePALS.

• Yearbook/Journalism is working on the first all-color AC yearbook while completely overhauling the Eagle Times - expect a new look and format for 2007.
