PORTFOLIO CHECKLISTS

A portfolio is a good way to strengthen learning.  It enables you to reflect on new information and to apply that knowledge in new and creative ways.  A Senior Project portfolio should include all forms, references, and activities associated with the Project:  proposals, research information, logs, journals, etc.  Portfolio items should be accurate, clean, neat, in sequence, assembled, labeled, and saved in digital format as well as filed in a three-ring binder (or in some other organizer) for future reference.

After your presentation we will create your web-based (html) digital portfolios. You will learn to link documents together, from a single html page. You will burn the final portfolio onto CD-ROM so you may copy and share it with college or job interviewers in the future.

You will have two portfolios, one for Mr. Janes and one for Mrs. Parker.

Items you will need linked on Mr. Janes' Digital Portfolio: (updated!)

  • Letter of Intent
  • Newspaper Article
  • Outline of Research Paper
  • Research Paper
  • Works Cited

    • Anything else!
