Media Kit Project
Your
task is to create a media kit for a local business or organization. It may be a
school-related organization or club.
The kit will be finished when the following documents have been created,
proofed and printed. All documents will be placed neatly in a presentation
folder. Then you will be in charge of creatively displaying the documents and
folder inside our display case.
The
documents include:
·
A
cover letter (letterhead assignment first)
·
Preprinted
envelopes (using Mail Merge and Labels)
·
A
brochure
·
A
press release
·
Business
card
·
Your
company/organization’s mission and history
·
Biographies
and credentials of key personnel
·
Other
(pick one):
o
Photographs
of events, personnel, etc.
o
PSA
(on letterhead) to be run on Ch. 12
o
Multimedia
(CD-ROM, DVD, etc.) with labels
All
documents will showcase a new logo, which you will create in initial
consultation with your client. That will be your brand, which you will use as a
theme for everything related to this project.
